This Privacy Policy explains how Liet 1.1 handles information. Liet is provided by Hiromu Nakano and is intended for use as is.
Liet 1.1 is a local-first image processing app. It processes only the images you choose, on your device, so you can resize images or remove backgrounds in batches.
Liet 1.1 does not require an account. It does not use cloud sync or developer-operated analytics. The app does display native ads provided by Google AdMob. Liet 1.1 does not currently request App Tracking Transparency permission.
Liet may handle the following data on your device:
Liet uses this information only to:
Liet requests Photo Library access only if you choose to save processed images to Photos. The app uses add-only access for this purpose. Liet does not request full read and write Photo Library access to save results.
Liet 1.1 uses Google AdMob to request and display native ads.
When ads are requested or shown, Google Mobile Ads SDK may process device and advertising-related data such as IP address, device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and performance data. This processing is governed by Google’s policies.
Liet does not use your selected images or processed output files for ad targeting.
Liet 1.1 does not upload your images or personal information to the developer.
If you export processed images to the Files app, the destination you choose may be backed by iCloud Drive or another storage provider. In that case, the privacy practices of that provider apply to the destination you selected.
Liet 1.1 uses Google Mobile Ads SDK at runtime to display ads. Google may process ad-related technical data as described above. Liet does not include a separate developer-operated analytics service, and it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission at this time.
Selected images, temporary processed files, and saved preferences remain under your device and system storage controls. Liet does not maintain a server-side copy of this data.
If you delete the app, any locally stored preferences inside the app are removed with it. Images that you already saved to Photos or exported through Files remain in the destination you chose.
Liet is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
This policy applies starting with the public release of Liet 1.1.
